At Performance Edge Physical Therapy, we believe you deserve personalized, one-on-one care that’s focused entirely on you—not limited by insurance restrictions or rushed appointments.

We are considered out-of-network with most insurance plans (with the exception of Medicare), which gives us the flexibility to design treatment plans based on your specific goals and needs, without shortcuts or red tape.

To make care accessible, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA/FSA payments. We also offer flexible payment plans when needed. After each visit, we’ll handle the processing of your superbills and can provide them to you directly if you’d like to submit them for potential reimbursement. We’re always happy to walk you through that process, step by step.
