During your assessment Dr. Mishka will provide an evaluation, taking into account your history, injury details, and goals.
Following the assessment, you'll receive a custom treatment plan tailored to address your specific problem. This plan includes a combination of targeted exercises and hands-on or tool-assisted treatments aimed at addressing the root cause of your condition.
By the end of your initial appointment, you'll leave with a clear understanding of your condition, its underlying causes, and the steps you need to take to improve it. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve lasting results and regain control of your health and wellness journey.

Based on our assessment findings and your specific goals, we design a customized rehabilitation program to get the results you need to return to your favorite activities.
Most people typically see us for about 5-10 visits spread over a 2-3 month period.
Upon completion of your personalized plan of care, you'll not only experience improvements in your condition but also acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to take charge of your health.
